Updating name changes - Advice/Help pl.

I have successfully changed my last name from my maiden name during the citizenship process and it has been a few months now.
I am trying now to go about updating ALL the diff places with this change (Tax time ) - can some one pl. help with any Do's and Don'ts as applicable.
Really appreciate it. I know Soc. Sec , IRS are for sure but any more please (maybe DMVs etc )

One of my doctor friends changed his last name(shortened it) recently .As per him, it is a pretty clear-cut and simple thing.He had an Attorney prepare a name change document and submitted copies to all the relevant authorities.Hope this helps and Good Luck!
