I filled in 04 Dec 06. FP completed 26 Dec 06. Still waiting. Called FBI and they said the FP was cleared the same day. I guess its stuck in name check.

My wife has the same timeline with interview completed on 14 Mar 07 in NY City.

.....bug the immigration officer ask him specifically:

1. have i cleared name chek?

2. Have i cleared background chek?

3. Is my file transferred to the local office from service center?

just do it...i did it....
