Need Help: GC for relatives

Recently I got my citizenship and I want to apply GC for my sister's kids. When can I apply for their GC? IS there any time limit or I can apply any time?

Can anyone forward me if they have any more info?

Applying for relatives

You can apply for immigration of your spouse, parents, siblings (brothers/sisters), but not other relatives like nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles, grand-parents, second cousins, etc.,etc.

When your sister gets her GC and becomes a citizen herself eventually,she can apply for her own kids. You cannot apply for her kids.
