Citizenship form print

Can somebody tell me how i print the form, double sided or single side?

Things need to file for citizenship:

1. N400 Form
2. 2 photos (signed on the back)
3. GC (Photo copy)
4. check for $ 400

is there anything else?
Do i need to notarize the form? me and my wife applying same time, can i send the check for both us? or i need to seed the separate checks?
