  • Days outside US

My GC says "Resident since 08/20/02" with an Expiry date of 09/19/12. So I would be within the 90 day range of 5 years on May 21st, 2007. My question is, I have made about 14 trips outisde US since GC totalling 108 days. Does it even matter? Can I still apply, say by, May 26th? I am travelling to to India on May 27th for 3 weeks.

    Thanks,
    Vinayak

I dont think this should be an issue at all. I had about a total of 20 trips outside of US ranging from 3 days to couple weeks. It is a huge deal to gather all the information (about these trips entry/exit dates) correctly and put it on the form, but other than that it shouldnt be a big deal.

    Take Care and good Luck.
