Refund on I-90 reason "A"

Hello,

Wanted to ask if I can refund the $260.00 fee for I-90 form. I lost my green card and had to go over the I-90 form and paid for it electronically. If approved for citizenship what will happen to the card? Am I eligible for a refund? or should I have just gone the other way...
