Citizenship eligibility

I am eligible to apply for Citizenship. I was told by my employer just after 2 months getting GC that they have to let me go.
Does it impact my eligibility ?

Nope

Nope. Your eligibility does not get affected. Basically USCIS wants to know whether you quit immediately after getting your employment based GC. In your case, they let you go and you did not quit. Make sure you have correct documentation to show this.
Your filing eligibility is based on the other criteria as described in the naturalization guide.
