need help!!

Hi,
i am confused with my status please let me know what to do now:

1. I was married in my home country and came to US and got the GC trough my husband and in 2004 we got divorce here in US due to some problems.

2. On my GC my last name is still my ex's.

3. In 2006 i got married again (back home only) and I have changed the name to my husbands’ in all my documents(Passport, Drivers License, SSN) expect in the GC.

4. Next year i will be ready to apply for my citizen ship so i want to find out about this name change, that should i opt at the time of my citizen ship or is it better to do prier to that it self?

5. when it says to wait 4 years and 9 months for filing for the citizen ship does that mean the time from the stamping in the passport or from the date that shows on the GC?

Is from the date show on the GC. But when did you remove the conditions on your GC? did you do so married to your EX or divorced? You can file an I-90 for the name change.

Get new GC (file I-90) as your name and other information has changed since the card issued.
Date count for applying Citizenship as shown on your GC (i.e., date you become permanent resident).
