Citizenship application (naturalization) for Indian born son.

Dear Sir/Madam

I am about to start the process of applying for citizenship of myself, my wife and my 12 year old son. We have been in the US for 10 years, and had a green card for over 5 years. We also have a US born 8 year old son.

My question is about my 12-year old son's application for naturalzation. The form N-400 says that one must be over 18 to apply. So how can my son apply for naturalization along with myself and my wife?

Please explain.

You don't have to apply for your son. He will automatically become citizen when you become.
