Question Re other Names section

Hi,

When I first came to the US the order of my first, middle and last names were mixed up on my H-1 VISA by the US Consulate. My middle name was listed as my last name and my initial social security card was also issued in this sequence.
I had the sequence of my name fixed during the renewal of my H-1 VISA and also got the my SS record corrected.

My question is: Should I have entered this in the "Have you used any other names" section of the N400 application ? Technically, it is not really another name that I have used. I have already filed my application : (

I would appreciate any opinions on this.

Don't worry

Don't worry about it. Just make sure you have all the original documentation that you've used in the past.

It will help you for final processing.

As long as you posted the correct name in the N400 application, you're good.

Nope, you did not "use" other names as those were mix ups and not something that you used as alias or real names.
