    Applying for Citizenship

    Hello,

    I am going to Apply for Citizenship this March 2008 but I have question about my Green card. I got my green card using marriage to spouse. I had conditional green card which expired june 2007 and I already applied for I 751( Remove conditional in march 2007 ) and my case is still pending at TSC.

    Now Can I still apply for citizenship even if my I751 is still pending or I have to wait for my new green card ?

    Please advice me.

    You can apply even if the I-751 is still pending. In fact, your N-400 application will force your removal of conditions to be adjudicated.

      Do I need to Attach my old Green card copy OR I have to attach receipt for I751 which is serve as Extension of Green card for 1 year ?
