US Citizenship Interview - applied together but different interview dates

    Hi Folks,

Me and my wife applied together for US citizenship in July'2007.

I was called-in for finger printing in Nov'2007 and my wife was called for finger printing in Jan 2008. Now the interview for me is scheduled on april 10th and for my wife on May 14th.

Can I take my wife for interview along with me on April 10th though her actual interview date is May 14th or Do I need to call USCIS for this to advance the date....I know that they have indicated on the interview letter that if for somereason we can't make it for the interview they need a letter in writing but I am looking for advance the interview date.

Can anyone help me on the above??appreciate your help..thanks in advance

You cannot take your wife along with you for the interview. It would strongly recommend against making changes to your interview schedule since it may prolong your process for a long time. Stick to your current inteview dates for both of you and finish them seperately.
