Problem with law enforcement in form N400 / Citizenship Application

Hi!
I am applying for N400. Four years ago. I was driving my mother's car. I was ticketed for driving a car with expired License plate because I was the one driving, although the car was registered in her name. The cop said he is giving a citation to me but would not count for a moving violation.
My Q is:-

Q1- Does that count as law enforcement problem worth mentioning in N400?
Q2- If so, Do I need the documents proving that the citation amount was paid in full?

Not a problem ...

... though you should keep the documents that the fine was paid in full and the charge dismissed.

This is not a criminal charge which you don't have to report, so you're ok.

These docs may be helpful to you during the interview, don't submit them.
