I received permanent resident green card (April 08) through marriage. My husband is a US citizen.

When can I apply for citizenship and how long is the process?

You can apply between February-April 2011. It should be within 90 days (before the 3 year anniversary of your residency).

Is your GC conditional or not? (valid for 2 years or 10?).

It says on the green card that it expires 04/03/10.

That means you have a conditional Green Card and you must file form I-751 along with your spouse within 90 days before the card expires.

So, does this mean I cannot file form I-751 before 90 days of my green card expiry in 2010.

What I mean is can I file for it right now or do I have to wait 90 days before the expiry date.

You have to wait.

File from anytime DURING those LAST 90 days before it expires.
