Fingerprint check

Hi all,

I got the fingerprint 06/20/08 in TX, but the man told me my fingerprint was not clear. FBI may or may not take it. Do I have to go to the local police office first to get the fungerprint check?
Anyone with the same situation?

Fingerprint check

I had my 1st fingerprints done on April 24/08 in Seattle. The person doing the fingerprinting said they weren't sure if the FBI would accept the prints. It was also very busy and the person went quite quickly.
I received a letter with the notice date of April 29/08 stating that the FBI was unable to process my fingerprint card. I then had another date issued to me for May 14/08. When I did the 2nd fingerprinting the person doing it went slow, and carefully took the prints. I stood and watched the computer take the prints - the words kept coming up poor minutia and also warning that my prints were similar to someone else and to redo them. I had two sets of prints taken on the 2nd time. So far I have not received another letter of fingerprint rejection. I did call the FBI and found that the results had been sent back to immigration on May 14th. The FBI couldn't tell me if the prints are okay or rejected, only the immigration. Hoping this helps out.
