I am a greencard holder preparing to apply for citizenship.I came to US on student visa 20 years back.While I was a student I have had two incidents of bounced checks of a very small amount and one traffic fine left unpaid.
But after that my record has been very clean,my credit history is clean, I didnot have any problem in my greencard processing,Is there any chance the issues I mentioned will crop up in my citizenship process.Do I need an attorney to represent `me?
