Question about N400 application
Hi All,
I am a h1b holder and I was married to a green holder in 2004 after 2.5 yrs we are legally seperated and reunioned after an year. We started living together and now we are planning to marry again.
He is now elegible to become a citizen. So he is sending all his N400 paper work within a week. My question is Should we have to get married before he files his paper and include my information in N400 or Should we have to wait for his approval and then we marry and file my papers for EAD (Green card)
