Traffice Citation

Hey guys, I got my interview done on December 4th 2008. Passed the English and Civic test and offcier told me she cannot make decision on the application since I have speeding tickets on my records and according to my lawyer I had to mention it on my I-400 (which is misdemeanor in GA). I called the 800 number and they have no information on the case. My lawyer suggested to wait and watch. I am told to wait 120 days by USCIS customer service , which is in next couple of days. Any suggestion.

From the information available on the forums traffic citations for speeding are not reason enough for a negative outcome.

Can you tell us if you have mentioned these citations on the application?

Yes I did mention on the I - 400
