Help for Filling N 400 application form

1. My eligibility to file N 400 is 3 years permanent residency of 3 years through marriage to a US citizen. How do I reply Question 7 A and B where they ask about trips outside USA in last 5 years. However I am in US only for 3 years. Should I answer the question based on 3 years?

2. How many times your current spouse is married? Should it be 0 if my current spouse does not have any prior marriages?

(1) The question asks you to list all those trips 24 hours or longer that you have taken since becoming lawful PR. So in your case you have to list all trips during the 3 years.

(2) The correct response would be 1 if your husband does not have any prior marriages.

0 'zero' would be correct if the question was 'How many prior marriages did your spouse.......'.
