It's been a privilige to have allowed to be member .Would you be kind enough to clarify the follwings for my knowledge.
_ It is understood that a child born in the USA will become a citizen, if otherwise any other law does not prevent. The child is born to an USA citizen father and the mother is a permanent resident as result of their living together.
Now if this child goes to another country and stays there for more than three years , will be there be any problem for the child to reentry to the USA? Wheter the child require any permission or has to give any information with the immgration authority of the USA prior to leave.
