    Citizenship processing time.

I live in New Port Richey FLorida,I have my 10 yr green card, Applied for citizenship based o my 5 yr green card, was married to a US citizen but we got divorced that`s why I had to wait for 5 yrs. My reciept is dated 22nd May 2009 and it says to wait for my fingerprinting.

Does anyone know how long the whole process would take to get completed ????

I sent my application to Texas

    thanks

      Depends on your service center.

Check out your specific field office

Looks like 5 months is the average on most field offices

      Good luck
