need suggestion
Poisontee and others, I am reading through your very helpful inputs and suggestions these are very helpful.
I have few question in my case and any help will be really appriciated:
My name is Long (it has first name + 2 middle names and last name).
On my GC initially they just added first name and last name.
So I filed for the correction (my drrivers license and my SSN card has my fulll correct name as my Indian Passport), with correction they added all my names without spaces in my first name field and last name in las name field. So my GC has all my names without any spaces
Like FirstMiddle1Middle2 in first name and Last name in last name field.
I travelled to India almost every year in last 5 years.
Now, i think, I am eligible to apply for citizenship from 5 year rule: so now I want my name to be as in My Indian passport with spaces.
1) If i opt for name change in the citizenship application will that be enough?
In all my GC applications I mentioned my name correctly but they did not put the spaces.
2) Also I travelled to India every year in past 5 years and the only whay i canget the dates is from my passport date stamps -- Departure stamps(India Stamp) and Arrival stamps from (Usa port of entry stamps) and each time i travelled for about a month. Summing all will be more than sixmonths will that be a matter?
2) I have a ticket from 2001 (state inspection missing) and an accident from 2003 and a red light voilation in 2007- do i need to mention these in the application. For the first 2 i dont remember the fines. Last one i know.
Waiting for your helpful suggestions.
Regards

Any experience in the morning batch, do i have to go 8.00 AM only.
I had an Interview on 12/08/2009 and Recomended for Approval.
Interview is pretty cool, Verified the application details and the officer told me Not a problem with a traffic citation, if the fee is lessthan 500 and no arrest.
Interview lasted about 30 Mins, Civic questions, reading and writing.
Hanging there we will get thru it...

ok...well here i go with another question:
**I'm originally from Mexico and want to know if I need a Mexican passport when I go to my interview? I have never had a passport. The only country I've travelled to is Mexico so I've never had to get one. Do I have to get one now?
thanks
You dont need to get a mexican passport now. The purpose for taking the passport is for the officer to check the days one was out of the country.
Now, do you keep track of the days you have been out of USA?
Good luck!

Yes Sun. If you know the Oath ceremony place, then you can get the schedule.
For example:- for San Francisco center, "Masonic" is the place for Oath ceremony. So, I looked up online for the schedules of "Masonic" for the next 3-4 months.
Hope this helps a bit.
