I live in a family of three (Myself, mother, and father)...
My girlfriend lives in Canada and is planning on eventually living with us, and getting a job until we can afford a place of our own. We're interested in having her here within a year, preferably 6-8 months, but don't know if this is possible.
I've been looking around at the different types of visas and am just looking for some clear answers as to what sort of visa she would need to come here, which she could use to work and eventually apply for a green card.
So basically we're just looking on some clarification on what visa would be appropriate to apply for in this situation - where we are looking to have her come relatively soon but not have to worry about her work or legal right to be here expiring.
