  • N-400 Part 10 D & 10 E

I submitted my N-400 Jun 11, and I received a letter last week July 23 to appear for interview in Sept.
I was in a removal proceeding 2001 because my Asylum case was denied because I applied after one year, the IJ terminated the case because I was still maintaining my F1 visa, I was in H1 Visa when I hit the DV 2003 and AOS approved.
The question is should I answer Yes on question 28 of part 10 E.
if yes what should I do since I already filed with No.
Secondly, on Part 10 D question 16 I answered No, but I was detained by my home country regime security and I did disclose that in my asylum case. Should I disclose it in the interview, or this type is not consider since its for political reasons ?

U need to disclose that at the interview. U will need to print a corrected page and give that to the officer. Remember that they have your entire file about your immigration journey with them. Tell the truth.
