hi gurus,
let me thank you all in this forum, today i had my citizenship interview at Dallas. i have my appointment time at 9:10 in Irving location, i arrived there 15 minutes earlier and gave my notice to the front desk lady waited for about 1 and 15 minutes before i was called in. the officer was very nice she is a black lady and very polite took to her cabin and offered me a seat, she went over the application with me, and asked if there are any changes since i filed my N400, then she handed me a sheet with 3 sentence on it and asked me to read the 1st sentence which is " Where is the White House?" and gave me another sheet of paper and asked me to write "White House is in Washington DC" then she asked me civic questions
1. what is an amendment?
2. who did United states fight with in world war II
3. what do we show loyalty to when we pledge?
4. what is the supreme law of land?
5. what is the capital of TX?
6. who is the governor of TX?
i answered the questions above and she said congratulations you passed, we have a oath ceremony at 1:30pm this afternoon would you like to attend? i said sure and in the afternoon i attended the oath and got my naturalization certificate. so here is the end of my immigration journey. the whole interview was quick as 15 minutes. i wish you all good luck who about to take their interviews and who just started their naturalization process.
