Almost a month of applying, no FP notice yet...Need suggestion

Hello Poisontee, helpwithh1b, Sapvji & other Sr.members,
Please help me out with this issue, appreciate any suggestions.

1) I have sent my N-400 application on Aug-19th & my NOA date is Aug-25th.
I haven't received notice for FP yet (almost a month from apply date). On Sept 9th, my case status has been changed to RFE (previously it was in "Pending" status). What should I do?, Is there a way I can contact USCIS to ask them why I haven't received FP notice yet?,
I'm bit worried about this delay considering other's N-400 processing time line in the same Arizona center & nearby living location. For example:- JayKrishna's time line who is in Sanjose, CA (around 30miles away from my place). Here is Jaykrishna's timeline sofar as mentioned by him:-
8/4-Mailed N-400
8/05-Delivered at Phoenix Service Center
8/12- Check Cashed
8/15 -Received NOA - PD 8/5, Notice date 8/10
8/20 -Received Notice for FP
9/10 -FP done


2) How to know which is my Field office center? (I live in Hayward, CA-94541) & my processing center is Phoenix-AZ.

I would give it another week or two before I start to get worried.

Thanks a lot Poisontee for your help. Letsee how long it takes to receive & get my FP. I will post the dates once I receive it, might be helpful for others applying from California.
