denied my application

Hello,

I had applied for citizenship. i went through interview and passed the test but just today i received the letter of ineligable. Well, to be honest with you, i had charged for a misdemenar it was about credit card fraud, it was almost 2 years ago. I did have one year probation time however, i was hoping for eligable but couldn't. So in this case, can i apply again? if i have to wait how long should i wait for it? Really appreciate for your kind information.

You mind stating exactly what the letter said? In general, waiting 5 years after such an incident is the best! However, the officers are not limited to looking at that time frame to determine your Moral character!
