I answered NO on question 16 part 10 which asks you if you have ever been arrested or cited or detained. I got two traffic tickets that i paid, i should have answered YES, whats going to happen now? do you think it will be denied?

one was for driving with a learner's permit without a licensed driver beside me, paid $110 for that one and took traffic school to lift the point off my record, and the other one was passing a car in a yellow solid lane, i had to pay $152.

I don't think you have to mention them. You are fine.

I agree with Immihelp... You dont have to mention the traffic tickets unless and until its is related to DUI/DWI... I had mentioned simple traffic tickets and now my process is delayed for no reason...

So your mistake might be a good thing.

              You are fine.

They are not referring to those type of small tickets, unless it is rackless driving, DUI/DWI etc. That is why I asked you what kind of tickets you had got.

You have answered the questions correctly. Nothing to worry.

                thank you soo much

i really appreciate your quick answers, thanks you very very much.

I have another question. I sent my N400 but never got a fingerprint letter, its been 2 months since i got my reciept but no fingerprint then, i know that they keep fingerprints for 15 months, my last fingerprints was on 9/11/2008 and i got my notice of action of N400 on November 23rd 09, i called and made a service request last week, i heard that some people went to local office and had them done without a letter appointment, i was wondering, should i do the same even my service request is pending? these service request are not reliable i heard, they take forever even more than days as they say, should i make an infopass and go ahead and drive to the local office even service request is pending?? i really want to inquire about my case.

                thanks for your help.
