Dear Immihelp Forum and legal experts:
I got a minor traffic violation almost 10 years back (jumped a STOP sign) and I paid $ 44 fine for the violation. I don't even remember the date and exact year of the incident any more, nor do I have any record of it.
Do I need to mark the question 16 as Yes? If I answer Yes, then an approximate date or year of the incident okay?
I don't want to answer it incorrectly but at the same time I don't want to over-complicate the application by giving unnecessary detail.
