September 28th, 2010 mailed all ppw + correct amount of check ($675.00)
October 3th, 2010 According to USPS tracking - packaged delivered
October 7th, 2010 USCIS cashed check ($675.00)
If you do not receive your notice within 30 days of mailing your application, please contact our national customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.
October 12th, 2010 Received a 'Notice of Action' dated October 5th, 2010 - stating ppw was received and in process
October 13th, 2010 Received update via email a "Request for Information" has been mailed. If not taken care of within 30 days, application is dropped
October 16th, 2010 Received Form I-797C form - Appointment to go take fingerprints (biometrics)
October 27th, 2010 Appointment for biometrics - New York, NY
Bring original form, photo id, green card (appointment will be denied if don't have everything requested)Comment
