No interview letter

hi i was fingerprinted 10 days b4 my uncle. my uncle recieved the interview letter already but my case staus online still requested for more evidence i didnt recieved anything other than fingerprint notice which were on 01-26-2010 i called fbi i make sure they were accepted and returned the same day but no interview letter yet should i be worried? and i already call uscis about that RFE i never recieved but havnt heard anythin back its been almost a month since i did that.i made an infopass for this comin monday is dat good? thanks any help will be apreciated!

It can take upto 5-6 weeks for you to get the IL after the FP. So give it sometime,you should get the RFE or the IL soon.

finally today i got an txt from uscis that my case has been updated and they transfered it to local office for an interview yaaay thanks

when did you apply?and how long did it take for for you to get your IL after FP and which state are u?does it matter if you apply 4yrs &9mths after PR or complete 5yrs?Thanks in advance.Am really freaking out!!.No IL 3wks after FP.
