Questions about my arrest

Hi all
Hope you can help me with this issue.I was driving,got arrested on Aug 2005 due to refusal for breath analysis text .They took me to hospital drawn blood and kept in jail for 12hrs.But they couldnt prove from my blood that I was over legal alcoholic limit.So only case against me was refusal for breath analysis text.For the hearing officer didnt show up ,the case dismissed.There are no other records or anything on court.I looked at my record nothing shows either.Is this is a driving violation?Do I have to mention this on citizenship form?Do I have to mention that I was in Jail?

First of all, You should read the instructions though are some ambiguous on this point of Good moral character. Only send documentation if it is related DUI or if you were arrested or cited by a law enforcement officer or go to court.

Second one, the best way you can do is CALL to Immigration Customer Service. They are going to answer any question regarding N-400 application. I did that and They told me ONLY put that information it you got arrested or cited by offense or crime . There are MINOR infractions that they don´t need you to put in the N400 application.

So YOU MUST PUT ANY ARREST EVEN YOUR RECORD IS CLEARED. They want you to be honest.
