Hello,
After 21years of permanent residency in the US.. I have finally decided to apply for citizenship thru naturalization. I am currently 31years old and back in 1998, I was arrested for petty theft and it was reduced to an infraction and paid a citation fee. I am disclosing all of this information regardless of how minor, but I was just curious if an offense like this can be a problem for my application.
I have had no further law problems after that one single embarrassing situation and have been full employed, now married with two kids, etc..
Thank you and I look forward to hearing some feedback.
