Hi Friends,
I need some guidance on my Naturalization interview re-schedule issue. I received the Interview notice which was during my trip to Indian due to the medical issue of my wife for which I also had approved FMLA. I replied back with all paperwork and letter explaining the situation and also called USCIS to make the reschedule request, However, I received no response back till one week before my Interview. I Called USCIS again and they sent the email request to the Atlanta office and told me to wait for 30 days. Now I got the letter saying I missed the Interview and if I do not reply in 30 days my case with be administratively closed. I replied to this letter also but have no confidence that I will get any response back.
There is no Infopass in Atlanta anymore. It looks my paper works landed no mans land and I am going round-round.
Any suggestion would be very helpful. If any Immigration lawyer information please share so i can consult with them. Thanks
