Hi Everyone - I know this is covered a little in the tracker page but I don't see a lot of N400 applicants out of California so I wanted to check. I did a fedex overnight of my N400 application On 03/11 and received a delivery conf. on 03/12. I know it's only been about 3 business days but if I'm applying out of Northern California (mailed to AZ office.. and I think the processing office will eventually be Sacramento CA).. how many days max should I wait for my check payment to clear before starting to make some calls.. Thank you..and I'll keep everyone posted on my naturalization journey:-)

Yay- check payment cleared yesterday. I'm looking forward to receiving the NOA letter soon:-) So for anyone who may be out applying out of California with N400 sent to Phoenix, my N400 was received on Mar 12th, and check payment cleared Mar 23.. as soon as NOA letter is received, I'll sign up on the tracker.
