I know that it mean Request for Evidence. A state's ID or a driving license is usually asked to be given. The request comes by mail and all you have to do is send a copy of it? Why do they ask for some people and not everyone? If my N-400 is sent to Newark NJ and they ask for RFE can I send the NY driving license that I have or I have to go issue a NJ driving license? I was told that NY Driving license is also accepted in NJ but I need to confirm that info. Thanks for you help in advance.
