All I did was to google "how to sign a US passport"
When you went for your N400 biometrics you had to register your signature.
I'd suggest you use the same signature on your passport too.
I think I know where your confusion might be coming from.. some instructions on some forms ask you to use your "normal signature".
Other instructions ask you to use "cursive writing"
In spite of this, I never use cursive writing and always use my "regular signature" for 100% of all things that I sign.... Green Cards, N400, passports, driving license, bank accounts... everything.
After all, if the purpose of a signature is to attempt to confirm that you were the person who signed the document.. it helps if these signatures are somewhat consistent. The only exception to this rule that might make sense to me is if someone officially changes their name.Last edited by Trinity71; 12-30-2019, 12:59 PM.
