estimated case completion time disappeared

Hi,

I had my interview done on Jan 3rd and received a "Decision cannot be made"
After a few days i received a notice to submit my tax returns which i did on Jan 27th. Since then i been waiting to hear from them but nothing.
about 3 weeks ago my "estimated case completion time" disappeared from the online account. It is just gone. I don't know whats going on. Did any of you had this experience?

It's a pity you did not take 5 years of tax returns to the interview.
They usually want to see (at least) the previous year's tax return as far as I can tell.
However, it's too late for that.

Since you have been waiting now for over 6 months... something seems wrong.

I called them and they said that my case is still processing and to just wait.

That response doesn't surprise me but it doesn't tell you much does it?

Did you dig a little deeper and ask things like..
1) I sent my tax returns on YYYY date
2) Does my file show that you received them?
3) What date did you receive them?
4) What date was my file last accessed by a USCIS employee?
5) What action (if any) was taken on that date?
6) What exactly are we waiting for to happen next?
7) How long does that next stage typically take? It has been 6 months already.
8) Does a supervisor have access to more information than you do?
9) May I speak to a supervisor?

I can't guarantee you will get answers to these questions... but they seem to be reasonable questions to ask.

Yes, in fact, the criteria for making decisions are very vague. but no one will give you a 100% guarantee.
