Should we report customs fines in N400 application?

Hi,

I am a permanent resident filing for citizenship. I paid a fine around 10-12 years back at the airport to customs for incorrectly declaring I was not carrying food. Should I report this in the N 400?

You should always give accurate information to USCIS..... so yes.

FYI...In this particular case, it will probably be on a Border Control database somewhere too.
