Question regarding us citizenship

Hi!

I am permanent resident of us citizen spouse of last 3 years , I have question regarding applying us citizenship,

If i apply for us citizenship and my wife went outside of us during this process and come back again when interview will be. so does she can travel during this naturalization process ? reason for traveling is i have new borns twins baby and no body family here help me out .
