Hello,
I know that we have many changes in 2010.
My father is of retired age and has held a perm. green card for over 20 years, as well as my mother.
My father's wishes for me to research and find out what it would take for him to become a Naturalized Citizen of the United States.
Why?
My father has leukemia, diabetes, coronary heart condition and is on dialysis. My mom is diabetic and has titanium rods in her lower back. They are both perm. disabled and retired.
I am their caregiver.
I have two wonderful children one who is in college and will major in Chemistry and my daughter is in a highly gifted jr. high; she says that she will be assisting her brother in his lab. My family and I will all support my parents.
Are there waivers for cancer patients with medical conditions?
Thank you very much for your time.
