  • Traffic warning after naturalization interview

    Hi everyone
I had my naturalization application approved this Monday 12/2
Have my oath ceremony scheduled for 12/16

On 12/3 morning, a police officer stopped me on my way to work, and gave me a written warning because one of my headlights did not work. On my oath ceremony paperwork, one question asks "Since your interview, have you been arrested, cited, charged, indicted, convicted, fined, or imprisoned for breaking or violating any law or ordinance, including traffic violations?"

Should I say yes or no? This is not a ticket that requires to go to court or pay a fine etc, it is only a written warning as I understand.
    Please advise.

    Thank you all

Presumably a written warning is recorded in a government database. I would answer yes and bring a copy of the warning.
