N400 Delay

Hey. Is anyone base same problem. I applied N400 in October 2018, got receipt on October 31, 2018. It’s was my second case for naturalization, the first one I attended my interview in September 2018 , but I file the application before 5 years time since my DUI, even if it’s was more then 5 years on moment of interview, the officer told me I should withdraw this case and just file new one , cuz it over 5 years since dui now, that’s what I did. I send new case and on October 31,2018 my form was received. November 3,2018 receive the biometric appointment, November 23 got biometric done. Since that it’s says We reviewed your biometricsYou do not need to do anything at this time, but till now I didn’t herd nothing from them. After processing time for n400 in Montgomery office went above time line (6-14 months) I send request due it already longer than should, in 2 weeks I receive email from USCIS saying next:
USCIS has reviewed your Service Request. According to USCIS records, we are unable to move forward with your application until the required background checks have been completed. At this time, we are unable to determine when the adjudication of your case will be completed and no further action is required from you.
I was planning to go overseas in few days , but now I’m afraid to go aboard, cuz I’m not sure what’s going on. Is it any possibility they found something and they won’t let me go back, I’m a permanent resident , but I herd they can take your green card away from you and send you back without letting you leave the airport.

I could not understand your situation clearly from your note. Did you apply for citizenship for the first time within 5 years of your DUI? When you did that, did your request get defined by the officer? Is that the reason you applied again? For the second application, are you in the waiting queue for getting your receipt? Could you elaboratE?
