If you already eligible to apply for citizenship and married but spouse if out of status, will it be ok to file with the current status of your spouse?

Don't understand the question. But if ur eligible for NATURALIZATION and want to do it then do so. Another thing......if ur going to do ur Naturalization and your currently married and wants to help ur out of status spouse then you have to state that on ur N-400 form.

Yes, your spouse's status doesn't affect your naturalization application, other than having to state her status on the form.
