  • Old speeding tickets, no longer on driving record

Hello, I am preparing to file my N-400.

I have a few old speeding tickets (>5 years old) that no longer show up on my driving record. They were all either dismissed or converted to non-moving violations and paid in full. Do I still need to declare them in the N-400 question "were you ever cited..."?

Further, given that these were dismissed or converted to a lesser offense, do they count as "convictions"?

    Thanks in advance!

    No.

They really don't care about traffic citations, let alone past the 5 year loopback.

You can explain all to IO in interview and have ready all evidence in case IO want to see them, IO in my friend interview did not ask to see evidence of stop sign ticket and changed answer to NO.
