I am eligible to file for naturalization right now in ID. I have lived in ID for the past 4 years. However, I will be moving to TX in July. Should I wait until I move to TX and then wait another 3 months in TX to be eligible to apply or apply now in ID and then move to TX and file a change of address. I was wondering if the change of address will slow my application down. Thoughts?

I think it is better to file asap, so after reopening offices you will not be in the end of line. stay safe.
