N400 checks not encashed after 2 weeks

I sent out my N400 application by Express Mail on 20thMay2010. The online tracking confirms it was delivered on 21stMay2010.
However as of today(03June2010) my checks were not encashed.
Any one has any idea of why the delay is? Also how long does the whole process approximately take for Detroit applicants?

I takes about 7-10 days after they recieved and review your application to cash your check
