Dear Sir/Madam,

I find this website/forum of great help.Anyways, I hv a geniuine question:

As a GC holder I hv spent more than 1 year outside USA.

Before leaving USA( for more than 1 year), I have spent 4 months in the USA.Will those four months COUNT as my physical presence in the USA for the citizenship?

I know I have broken continuous resedence, but I hv recovered that.I am only concerned over the 4 months that I spent as a GC holder before the trip and will those 4 months count as my physical presence?

From the return date of your most recent trip lasring 6 months or more you start counting over but only 4 years and one day instead of five years before you may apply. on the date of filing (rec'd in their mailroom) your count back 5 years to calculate physical presence.

Sit still until the Oath Ceremony is over.
