  • Catching up with Taxes

I was missing two of the 5 years of Taxes required to file N400 based on 5+Years of holding my permanent green card. A week before i filed, I back filed those two years, making me all current and all taxes paid.

    question:

is that a bad thing? Bad “moral character” if i filed late?

No, as long as all your dues are cleared or you are on a payment plan and making efforts to get current on your taxes, it shouldn’t be a problem.
USC filed AOS for parents on B2. I am not a lawyer.
