I have bn married for 3 years 4 months in America but I have had my green card for 10 months . Can I still file for citizenship ? Or I would have to wait for 2 more years

You can apply 2yrs and 9 months from the date of your first greencard (33 months) . So you have 1yr and 11 months (23 months) to go before you can apply for N400
Also, you need to file for ROC before applying for N400Opinion only. Cannot be construed as legal advice.
